Support

I’m Mallory, and I build and support Nordica Product Feeds myself. Email hello@nordica-apps.com or use “Contact support” in the app.

We reply within 1 working day. Tell us which channel and which product, and we look at your feed with you.

Common questions

How do I add a feed to Google?

Copy the Google link in the app and click “Add in Google”. In Merchant Center choose Add product source, then “Add products from a file” and paste the link. Google fetches it every day by itself. Facebook & Instagram (Commerce Manager → Data sources → Data feed) and Pinterest (Catalogs → Data source) work the same way.

How often do the feeds update?

Every night by themselves, and when you press “Update now”. On Pro, feeds also update within the hour after products change.

Which products are in the feeds?

Active products that are on your Online Store, one item per variant. Products with the tag no-feed (you can change the tag) stay out, and so do products without an image or a price. The app tells you which ones and why.

Where do prices and languages come from?

From Shopify Markets: each country’s feed has that market’s prices, currency and language, and links to the market’s own domain or folder.

What do the barcode checks do?

A barcode whose last digit doesn’t add up is left out of the feed instead of getting the product refused, and the app lists it so you can fix it. Your own products without a barcode are marked as having none, which is what Google asks for.

What does it cost?

Free puts 100 products in one country’s Google, Meta and Pinterest feeds. Pro is one flat price for every product and every country, with no fees per product, per feed or per channel. Development stores get everything free.
